A Mindfulness Routine

There has been a lot of talk about mindfulness in recent years but many people are still struggling to put it into practice.

It is, after all, something to be experienced rather than discussed. So to help you develop a nice centred and mindful state I’ve put together this simple routine for you to follow along. Just close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice then let go as you live in the moment. The more you practice the more you benefit and in time you will learn the true meaning of mindfulness through your own self-discovery. It’s quite liberating. To your health, Craig
