Do you ever feel that your neck and chest are tightly strung and super tense? When you’ve been working long hours and just need some kind of release? Then you’re not alone.

Most of us accumulate a load of tension through this area which can lead to a range of maladies from shoulder injuries through to tension headaches. Even without the potentially damaging long-term effects it feels restrictive, niggly and puts us into the wrong mindset. As well as getting regular massage the best solution to this problem is daily mobilisation of the muscles that we often neglect during our working hours – the chest, shoulders and neck.
