Energising Breathing Exercises

Many of us simply don’t know how to make ourselves feel good. When things aren’t going our way we head right for the hit of caffeine, we delight in the tasty foods, we indulge in retail therapy. Things that give us a little boost but all have their long term consequences.

Yet true, long lasting, vital energy doesn’t cost a thing. It’s right their when we want it and can be achieved with a simple sequence of breathing focussed exercises.

In this weeks video I share some energising breathing exercises that can be performed anywhere and at anytime. They can be performed first thing in the morning to set you up for the day or whenever you feel the need for rejuvenation.
