Hip Openers For Runners, Cyclists And Desk Jockey’s

Hip mobility is incredibly important for runners, cyclists, and athletes in general. It is even more important for people who sit at a desk for the majority of their work day.

When we loose mobility in the hips we not only experience a dip in performance but we greatly increase our risk of injury. Common aches, strains and pains in the back and legs can all stem from poor range of motion through the hip joint. In this weeks video the brilliant Jade Allan takes us through a little sequence of drills that will open up your hips, glutes and hamstrings.
