How Can I Get More Sleep?

We all know how important a good nights sleep is but so many of us find it hard to switch off at night.

We carry the stresses and strains of the day into the evening and as a result quality sleep can often be elusive. There are many factors that can interfere with a good nights sleep – high stress jobs, family upset, excessive use of stimulants – and many of us feel doomed to toss and turn all night. You may not be able to control all these factors all the time but with the right strategy you can limit the level of stress and regain some quality shut eye.
