How To Avoid Burnout

Have you ever felt so tired that you just couldn’t function properly?

So fizzled out that the thought of doing the littlest of things seemed like a monumental effort? Well, you’re not alone. Due to the high volume of stress (and lack of proper recovery) in the modern world, a large percentage of the working population suffers from burnout at one time or another. It can happen to the best of us so it’s important to be able to recognize it and to prevent it from turning into a serious health problem. Both for ourselves and our co-workers.
