We’ve all been there before: we warm up, we build gradually and we pay careful attention to how we move. Yet still, something creeks, tears or cracks and we’re left with an injury.

Injuries make it difficult to train, difficult to compete and they also make the little things in life that much harder. Getting out of bed, taking a shower and walking down the stairs can all become a challenge when we’re injured. It’s frustrating to say the least and often takes a while to heal.
