How To Clear Your Head After A Stressful Meeting

Have you ever had a meeting that ruined your entire day? You didn’t agree with what was said. You felt angry, anxious or cheated for hours after.

Sometimes meetings can be so stressful that we can’t even get to sleep at night then we carry this tension around with us for the entire week. It doesn’t do us any good and it doesn’t resolve any problems so it’s vital for our own wellbeing (and sanity) that we get better at clearing our heads after these stressful situations.
