How To Do The Yoga Triangle Pose

In this week’s video we’re progressing on from the overall posture and flexibility videos of previous weeks and learning how to do one of the most beneficial yoga stretches – the triangle pose. I teach it to most of my clients as a means to correct posture and develop an effective breathing technique. It is a therapeutic pose that provides many benefits and can be used to improve flexibility, posture & strength. With regular practice it will help release tension from the lower and upper back, the hips and the hamstrings through both the twist and the bend. To your health, Craig
