How To Improve Back Health I

Back pain is an extremely common condition of modern living; it is estimated that four out of every five adults (80%) will experience back pain at some stage in their life. Although in most cases back pain is nothing serious and disappears spotaneously it can be debilitating for a few. When it comes on strong it can make even the simplest of tasks a misery. If you’ve ever suffered or know someone who has then you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. As always, prevention is the best cure and combining gentle mobilisations with strengthening exercises is a great way to promote a healthy back. In this weeks video I’ll demonstrate the 4-point kneeling horse stance which helps to correct your spinal alignment and strengthen the structural muscles of the hips, back and shoulders. Give it a try and see if you can work it into your daily routine to break up extended periods of sitting. To your health, Criag
