Carrying on from last weeks video about back health I’d like to give you a few more moves to add to your repertoire. Back pain is such a universal challenge that it’s good to have a number of preventative measure in place – we want to avoid it the best we can and know how to manage it effectively if we do suffer at any point. In this weeks video I’ll demonstrate a series of stretches that will open up the back and hips. This routine will help manage the effects of sitting all day and the shortening of the hip flexors which is known to put a massive strain on the back.
