The winter months can feel like a long slog. When the sky is grey, the days are short and nature is telling you it’s time for hibernation, it can be really hard to stay upbeat.

After the enthusiasm of New Year has worn off many people dip into this lacklustre state that they can’t fully snap out of until the spring. Maybe you suffer from this or maybe you’ve seen it in your colleagues but there are a few things we can do to prevent it from taking over and affecting our everyday performance.
