Do you know someone who seems to take the whole world in their stride?

No matter how bad things get they just keep on going with a smile on their face. It’s like they have this innate ability to handle whatever the universe throws at them. Maybe it’s a co-worker or someone in your family but that level of resilience is definitely something to aspire to. Luckily, resilience is a trait that we can all develop and with the right mental fortitude we too can take the world in our stride.
