How To Manage Neck Pain

If you’ve ever suffered from neck pain then you’ll know exactly how uncomfortable and distracting it can be.

It’s really difficult to function at any kind of level when such an important (and frequently used) part of your body is playing up. Due to the sedentary nature of our jobs more and more people are suffering from neck discomfort or injury and it not only affects our work but can also cause anxiety along with sleepless nights. In this weeks video I share some simple practices that you can use to prevent, treat and avoid neck pain. If you follow my advice you should free up a lot of the tension and imbalance that causes the neck to ache and seize up.
