How To Manage Your Stress

Stress affects us all to varying degrees. There are some people who handle it well while others get overwhelmed and burned out. The important thing to realize is that stress is not something that can be avoided or eliminated – it’s a part of everyday life. We are always under some kind of stress wether it’s physical, mental, emotional, chemical or environmental. There are positive stressors and there are negative stressors that impact us 24 hours a day. In order to stay healthy, to stay positive and to remain effective we just need to learn how to manage them effectively.
