There’s a lot we can do to prevent ourselves from getting injured (see last weeks video) but unfortunately it does still happen from time to time.

Even the most prepared of us can pick up an injury that puts us on the sideline for a few weeks. The best thing is not to panic or to beat yourself up about it.
