How To Release A Tight Chest And Shoulders

No matter what we do for a living many of us are finding that life is becoming increasingly sedentary.

We write reports, we listen to presentations and we spend hours on end just sitting at our desks staring at a computer screen. And the more we sit, the more we suffer. Tension headaches, neck pain, arm pain and back pain can all be caused by building tension and losing mobility in the chest and shoulders. When we sit for extended periods of time or use our bodies incorrectly we simply tighten up. In this weeks video I’ll show you a quick sequence that will help you to release a tight chest and shoulders. By using these simple exercises regularly throughout the day you may just avoid all of these issues.
