How To Release A Tight Neck And Arms

One of the problems I see most often with clients is tension throughout the neck, shoulders, chest and arms.

It accumulates slowly and can cause severe discomfort if left untreated. There’s nothing worse than a stiff neck especially if you want to enjoy any kind of exercise or sporting activities so I’ll continue on with our mobility series and share with you another great move that will help to improve neck mobility and flexibility. This simple stretch will release a number of muscles from the side of the neck all the way to your fingers – helping to relieve tension and pain within the neck and throughout the arm. This stretch will also be stretching some of the nerves that run into the fingers and can feel quite intense so take your time and be careful to keep everything aligned properly.
