It’s important to be aware of what we’re putting in our mouth and find the best possible option – something that will give us a nice balance of nutrients and keep us going through the afternoon.

The minute we wake up, we can choose to get out of bed and make the most of our day or we can roll over and start to dread everything that lies ahead. Often, the way we start our day influences how we feel for the rest of the day. Many high performers follow a little morning ritual that puts them into the right frame of mind and body and as a result they tend to lead much more effective lives.
