Most people start the new year with all gun’s blazing but quickly fizzle out by the end of January. It’s too easy to say you’ll do this that and the next thing but if you try too much when your body is already in a stressed state from all the late nights, booze and rich foods then it’s really difficult to stay motivated and stick with a new programme.
