Training for an endurance event is a lot of fun but it can be incredibly taxing both on the body and mind. Especially when the event is ultra endurance or adventure based. There’s a great deal of preperation involved and it’s important to follow the pillars of eat, move and recover to remain healthy and achieve the greatest improvements in performance. You may have seen Mark Beaumont’s latest challenge on TV a couple of weeks ago or you may have seen some of his previous adventures – in this weeks video I’ll share how he gets into peak condition for such gruelling┬áchallenges.
