If you sit at a desk for any length of time as part of your job then you’ll have noticed on more than one occasion how tight your neck and spine can become.

Sometimes it can get so bad that it feels like someone has placed a big clamp around them. You can choose to ignore it and suffer the consequences further down the line or you can take some simple steps that will help to maintain a healthy range of motion through these vital areas of your body.
