Pelvic Tilt & Bridge

In this weeks video I’ll demonstrate one of the most effective exercises for back care and flattening the lower abs – an area we would all like to tighten up. On the surface it looks pretty simple but it’s one of those moves that gives you a big bang for your buck. The hip tilt, although very subtle, is a very effective exercise that develops your self-awareness and ‘turns on’ the muscles of the core that get neglected when sitting. Add to that the bridge which strengthens the hamstrings, glutes and lower back and you have a one two punch for better core strength and stability. To your health, Craig
