Seated Posture Trainer

Have you ever noticed how much your posture declines throughout your work day?

You start off full of good intention, positioning yourself at your computer like you mean business, then as the day proceeds you slump lower and lower into your chair. And that’s when all the damage is done. When you’re tired, when you’ve lost focus and when you form these horrendous positions with your body. All manner of aches and pains can stem from this daily routine of sitting badly at a computer.

I’ve already talked about the importance of good posture so this week I’ve created a quick routine for you to go through a couple of times a day.
