Online and offline group courses & retreats
We have a selection of health retreats throughout the year for you to immerse yourself into a deeper state of relaxation to take your health and energy to the next level. You can come along to some of the mindfulness day retreats in the wonderful surroundings of Dalkeith country park and other venues that we use.
Or you can do weekend or week long health retreats at various locations throughout Scotland, England and abroad. Obviously due to the current Covid situation, in person retreats are on hold but dates will soon be released for half day online retreats.
