Craig Ali


Our founder Craig Ali is a certified nutrition & lifestyle coach, Thai massage therapist, personal trainer and mindfulness facilitator. He’s spent more than 15 years working as a leading coach to world-class athletes, ambassadors, executives and global organisations. Craig’s passion for a holistic approach to health and fitness has seen him study a broad variety of disciplines, including psychology, Eastern medicine, nutrition and yoga. Craig has delivered wellbeing events across the globe: in Hong Kong, the USA, Canada, Europe and the UK plus was the conditioning coach for multiple-time world record breaking-adventurer Mark Beaumont for over 7 years.

in 2007 after supporting many business professionals manage their lifestyle he realised the great impact that workplaces have on our lives. Since then he has been designing, resilience, mindfulness, nutrition and posture programs to help employers support their staff in managing their energy and lifestyle. The result since then has been thousands of health-conscious and positive staff.

In his spare time he loves hanging out with his kids, wife and dog enjoying some good food and a nice craft ale or two…. Also an experienced martial artist, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and former British & Scottish champion.

Jade Allan

Wellbeing Business Strategist and Yoga Teacher

After two decades in the high pressure world of digital media, Jade understands effective leadership and employee motivation well. When she experienced burnout, she took a conscious break from a successful (on paper) corporate career to investigate more balanced approaches to long term business success. This exploration led to qualifying as a yoga instructor and becoming a student of the emerging science of positive psychology.

Unsurprisingly, she was drawn to study the applications of both these fields into leadership and business best practice. During three years working to commercialise an employee happiness offering, she worked with HR specialists and leaders across multiple industries, countries and organisations. This immersion in the realities and constraints of happiness at work informed her strategic thinking around making wellbeing work for all stakeholders. She sees yoga as a fantastic first step in building balanced and effective teams and loves talking with leaders that are already making employee wellbeing a guiding principle in sustainable business success.

Dr. Bill Paterson

Mindfulness and Mental Wellbeing Consultant

Dr Bill Paterson’s (PhD Philosophy) career illustrates a commitment to work with people of all ages and ability so that they might realise their unique potential. His breadth and depth of experience have taught him the simplicity and complexity of the human condition. This has enabled Bill to develop an approach to working and living that is based on compassion, integrity, simplicity and grace.


It is because he embodies this approach, evaluations of his work consistently express that he is both empowering and inspiring. For example, Bill has created and delivered specialized courses to audiences with diverse abilities (young people, undergraduate/ postgraduate students, police officers, senior military officers, paramedics and people with mental health conditions).

He has years of experience working at the front line of mental health in Fife; teaching Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy; Mindfulness Based Living Course; Compassion Based Living Course and .b for young people (11-18 year olds). Subsequently, between 2016-17 he spent 18 months on secondment to CAMHS, and continues to work with LAAC.

Bill is a recognised and registered mindfulness teacher for MBLC with the UK National Listing of Mindfulness Teachers.

Greg Stewart

Fitness & Weight
Loss Consultant

Greg uses only time tested methods with a strong evidence-base. For 16 years and during more than 10,000 one-to-one sessions and thousands of group sessions Greg has helped individuals and groups get into the best shape of their lives – no matter what their age and starting point.

He studied Counselling Skills and uses CBT methods in order to help understand clients’ needs better and keep them motivated long term. Greg has been the lead trainer and health consultant for the Scottish Government staff for over 15 years and works with physiotherapists, nutritionists and other specialist health professionals to deliver the best possible results.

He competes regularly in powerlifting and endurance events, usually placing after his wife.

With 2 young children, he has first hand experience what works for people short on time and energy.

In 2012 he fought off competition from 1000 other trainers to reach the final 10 in the prestigious Men’s Health/Exorex U.K’s Top Personal Trainer Competition.
